Teacher as the main source who going to handle and control the class during the T&L process. Don't simply thought that being a teacher just transfer all the content to the container. Here is, the the students are the container and U, teacher works as the person who discharge in order to full the container... It's not just that ok....

Nowadays, many people just said that teacher as the second choice in order to get job... what kind of thought is that? You people who said so, think better of it...
